What to do while you wait
Three things that make the survey faster
- Photograph the symptoms. Mud tubes, droppings, swarming insects, sawdust — even a phone photo helps us prepare the right kit.
- Note the timeline. When did you first see the problem? Has it grown? Are mornings or evenings worse?
- Check storage areas. Boxes, stored timber, plant trays — these are usually where infestations begin and the technician will want to inspect them.
