1. About these terms
These terms (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the visitor or client) and Dawnplex Pest Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Dawnplex”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms in their current form.
2. Use of this website
You agree to use dawnplex.bond lawfully. You must not: attempt to break the site’s authentication or anti-bot protection, scrape or mass-download content for commercial use, submit form data on behalf of someone else without their consent, or upload material that infringes third-party rights.
3. Survey requests
Submitting the survey form is a request — it does not by itself create a contract. The contract for paid work is formed when Dawnplex emails or hands you a written quote and you sign or reply confirming acceptance, OR when work commences on site after a verbal acceptance recorded by the technician.
4. Survey visits
Initial site surveys for residential clients in Klang Valley are free of charge. Outside that zone, a survey fee applies and is disclosed before the visit. The free-survey concession is offered at Dawnplex’s sole discretion and may be revoked for properties that have been surveyed within the previous 90 days.
5. Pest treatments
All treatments are carried out by licensed technicians using Department of Agriculture-registered products at label dose. The chemicals used, their dose, the areas treated and the safe re-entry times will be communicated to you in a written treatment certificate at completion.
You agree to follow the vacate/re-entry instructions given by the technician — Dawnplex is not liable for adverse reactions when the instructions are not followed.
6. Warranties
Specific warranties apply to the following Dawnplex services:
- Post-construction soil termite barrier — 8 years from completion date, subject to year-3 and year-6 inspection visits being scheduled.
- Quarterly residential plan — between scheduled visits, one free callback per quarter for the same pest group.
- Single-visit residential treatments — 14-day result re-inspection at no charge.
- Commercial contracts — SLA terms as written in the signed contract.
Warranties are voided by structural changes to the property without notice, by application of other pesticides between Dawnplex visits, or by deliberate disturbance of bait stations.
7. Pricing & payment
Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on contract acceptance and 50% on completion, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract a service charge of 1.5% per month or part-month outstanding.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booked treatment up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit at no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours of the visit may incur a re-mobilisation fee covering technician time and chemicals already prepared. The fee is disclosed in your quote.
9. Liability
Dawnplex carries RM 2 million public liability cover. Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees you paid for the affected service, and (b) the limit of our insurance cover. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
10. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, layout) is owned by Dawnplex or our suppliers. You may save or print a personal copy. Re-use of substantial extracts in a commercial context requires written permission.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
