Dawnplex began in 2017 after a meeting at the Putra Permai surau hall — three residents had been billed for repeated termite jobs that never stuck. One of them, Encik Razif (now our operations lead), had spent fifteen years at a national pest control firm and walked away frustrated by the spray-and-go culture. He proposed something simple: do a written audit before any chemical touches the property, and stand behind the job long enough to learn whether it worked.
That first season we protected 36 homes. Nine years later we cover 1,840 active properties — homes, restaurants, light industry and a handful of schools across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The pre-audit habit hasn’t changed and we still write our reports the way an MOH inspector wants to read them.

These are the things every Dawnplex technician is trained around. None of them are tricks — most are just discipline.
Audit before chemistry
If we can’t describe in writing what is causing your pest issue, we don’t spray. Pre-audit takes 30–45 minutes and costs nothing for Klang Valley homes.
One face per site
You meet a named technician at the survey. That same person runs your warranty visits — context is never re-explained.
Lowest effective dose
We use Department of Agriculture-registered actives at label doses, not above. Less drift, fewer odours, faster re-entry.
Honest follow-up
If a treatment fails inside the warranty, we say so and re-treat at no charge. Most of our growth comes from those callbacks, not new ads.
